BIOGRAPHY

Penelope Olson has specialized in Wholistic Education since 1985. Her diverse background – from counselor to professional dancer to Manager of a hospital EKG department to Office Manager in the corporate world – gives her unique insights into the critical importance of a Wholistic approach to living and wellness. She has extensively trained or personally participated in many of the alternative therapies about which she does presentations. Penelope’s personal journey into Wholistic techniques began because she was suffering from debilitating migraine headaches.

She decided to seek alternatives to the Western medicine drugs which were initially recommended. In the course of educating herself about both Wholistic and Western options, she has been headache free for over 10 years. Her philosophy – based on her experiences -- is that Western medicine and Wholistic therapies work well together when facilitated by communication, cooperation and understanding from both physician and client.

Penelope’s emphasis is on assisting you – as a “whole” being – in managing stress, getting clear of dis-ease, and optimizing your life through work with your Body – Mind – Spirit connection.
